Local Farms Online

Here's a list of Middle Tennessee farms that produce local veggies, herbs, and the like. A lot of them offer classes on farming, cheese making, etc., or are CSAs you can help out with. Check them out:

• Three Creeks Farm in Charlotte. (They have sheep!)

• Chestnut Hill Ranch in Only. (Eggs and beef)

• Pipsissewa Herbs, east of Nashville. (She's a medicine woman!)

• Mushroom People in Summertown.

• Long Hungry Creek Farm in Red Boiling Springs.

• Madison Creek Farms in Goodlettsville. (They have a market on premisis!)

• Standing Stone Nubians in Gallatin. (Goats! Cheese!)

• Timbertop Farm in Ashland City.
